My name is Andie Olsen, and I’ve been a passionate athlete for most of my life. I played volleyball from a young age and was able to earn a full-ride scholarship to the University of Notre Dame, where I received my Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology and Master of Science in Management. I found a love of coaching during the annual volleyball summer camps while I trained and attended summer school during my undergrad years. Post-graduation, I retooled my love of coaching volleyball into a passion for fitness itself, particularly the preparation of athletes for their goals in the weight room. I have found that working as a master trainer and strength and conditioning coach has given me the opportunity to become well versed in movements that will help athletes get stronger in all sports. My primary goal as a coach is to build a strong foundation of movement for my athletes to ensure that they will reach their goals while keeping their bodies healthy.
