With 10 years of personal training experience my expertise is in Strength & Power training, corrective exercise & Injury prevention, and athletic performance and function. I’m current based in Davenport, Iowa and train out of at the TBK Bank Sports Complex. The facility features a large variety of strength and athletic training equipment and multiple full sized fields/courts for most sports.
