I have been working as a strength coach in the private sector for 13 years. I’ve owned my own facility since 2016. My education includes a bachelors of science in Exercise Science as well as the CSCS, CPPS Level 1 and 2, CPPS Football Certified Prep Specialist and a array of other continuing education certifications. My clientele is made up of young athletes, college athletes, pro athletes as well as a large general population following. This is my passion. Everything in my facility is hand picked for a reason. Our main goal is to get our clients the results they want in the best environment around while maintaining their safety.
