Myles is the Assistant Strength Coach at Iron Performance Center. He uses a variety of tools and methods in order to help maximize his clients’ potential. These include diving into dynamic, maximal, and repeat effort styles of training across multiple disciplines such as Olympic lifting, powerlifting, strongman, and bodybuilding. He believes that using these techniques in a well-rounded approach will allow his clients to feel, move, and perform optimally.
Myles was an Offensive Lineman with the WLU Golden Hawks for 5 years. Being a former competitor, he understands what it takes to be a successful student-athlete. Myles always loved and respected the process of training as much as the outcome, and he now brings the same passion to coaching. Myles believes that what clients do outside the weight room is just as important as what they do inside the weight room; he continues to build leaders and make positive changes in his clients’ lives.
