I have officially been a Certified PT since 2019 but have been training people unofficially in some kind of capacity for 10+ years as I have always been the person in my circle of family & friends to have knowledge around health & fitness. I have a small set up in my garage where I train my clientele of 8-10 clients. Right now, I do this part time as I am a full time Cyber Security Manager at a large Financial Institution. My ultimate goal in the next 18-24 months is to open a small personal training studio that specializes in small-group training and strength & conditioning for middle school and high school kids in my local community.
