In-Service Training Model
The ground breaking teaching model of CPPS in-services provide an interactive learning practical focused on team development and team competency across your business. The CPPS in-service should be utilized as a team training opportunity where your staff will go through the video module(s), discuss the protocols and training models, and then utilize the protocol as a hands-on practical with each other in an interactive learning environment.

Team competency and developing each trainer’s base level of understanding for fundamental training and programming principles is critical to not only the long term success of your business but also for removing silo’d information within your team. Weekly in-services for your staff will help to build each trainer’s confidence and base level of knowledge, improve the quality control for your internal systems, potentially reduce staff turnover, improve the effective communication skills between team members, and continuously promote personal development for your staff. And, more importantly, creating an environment that promotes a growth mindset and proactively focusing on continuous improvement, will ensure that your clients receive the highest level of service and individualized progress toward their goals.

The Online CPPS Assessments In-Service
In this critical in-service practical, you and your team will learn how to assess every single client who comes to you for help. Assessments are the first priority and establish the criteria, moving forward, that will help to build and construct each client’s individual program. As the popular saying goes, “If you aren’t assessing, you’re guessing!” And, this holds true for all coaches, trainers, and PT’s who are trying to make a difference in their client’s lives. The CPPS Assessment model details (5) PASSIVE assessments and (7) ACTIVE assessments that work together to provide an overall overview of where the client is missing range of motion (ROM), active mobility, and stability through a fundamental movement pattern.
