Having grown up taking part in as many sports as I could, it was only fitting for me to get involved in the Health & Fitness Industry. I have been a qualified Personal Trainer based in Dublin, Ireland since 2009. After graduating, I worked out of leisure clubs to learn my craft.
After a few years, I got involved in boot camps and training corporate clients before basing my PT services out of a gym in Lucan, Dublin.
In 2017, wanting to further improve my knowledge in this industry, I travelled to Orlando Florida to take part in the CPPS course with Joe and Smitty. It was the single best thing I could have done for my business and there is not a day that goes by that I don’t implement something I learned from that course.
I mostly train One To One clients and am building up my systems and client database with the goal of making the leap and running my own gym in 2020.
